LOBSTER AND MANGO SALAD.
Boil the lobster with salt and a leave of laurel. Wash and cut the lettuce. Chop the onion in little pieces, add oil and vinegar, and a bit of pepper to make a fine sauce. Present the lobster with the lettuce, the mango and the sauce. Enjoy!
