 The
following notes apply to each CD-Rom of the 6 that comprise the Series.
----2 options to run the program
a)- Run from CD-Rom.
Look for file "amigoscd.exe"(windows) "amigoscd"(macintosh)
in the cd and double-click on it.
Note for windows users: The default is full-screen viewing.
If your graphic card has problems with this option use file "amigosvga.exe"
in the cd to view the program in 640x480 resolution.
b)- Install to Hard disk.
Use this option if you want to run the program without the need of the
CD-Rom.
- How to install to hard disk.
Look for a folder named "install" in the CD-Rom. Open it, double-click
on file "setup.exe"(windows) and follow the instructions.
The installation requires about 12Mb free space for each CD-Rom.
Note for windows users: The default is full-screen viewing.
If your graphic card has problems with this option use "vga"
version to view the program in 640x480 resolution. You will find the "vga"
version in the installation folder, by default: yourharddisk/Program files/Amigos/Nivel1/cdx/

256 colors or more
640x480 monitor resolution or more
sound card and microphone
Macintosh:
PowerPC
System 7.5.3 or later
12 MB or more of available RAM
Windows:
Intel Pentium processor or greater
Windows 95, 98, NT4, 2000, Me, XP
12 MB or more of available RAM
----Networking
The programs are prepared to run in a network. For better performance
we recommend to put a copy in each computer (as the files do not take
much space). The setup does not install any files to the operating system
making it easy to move one single folder to another computer once the
complete series has been installed.
